Yummy, but it has a lot of olive oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Salad

3/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
16 ounce pasta, small shell package

Recipe Directions for Pasta Salad

  1. Combine first eight ingredients (everything except pasta)

  2. Cook Pasta (make as much as you want the amount really has no effect on the dressing)

  3. After pasta is drained add the dressing (made with the first eight ingredients)

  4. This dish can be served both warm and cold
