This is great served hot for a dinner or chilled for a light lunch.

Recipe Ingredients for pasta salad

2 cup rotini
6 tablespoons italian seasoning
1 cup carrots
1 cup brocoli
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 lb chicken breast
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons water

Recipe Directions for pasta salad

  1. Cook Rotini as directed on package

  2. cook chicken as desired (I grill it on forman grill)

  3. steam or stir fry vegetables (if stir frying add another teaspoon or so to your recipe)

  4. Once pasta is cooked, rise it and add italian seasoning (to taste, other spices suggesed are onion powder, garlic, salt and peper), water, and oil. mix well.

  5. combine all ingrediants into large bowl and serve immediately or after chilling.
