Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Salad w/Peanut Butter Dressing

8 oz. whole wheat rotini
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 carrot
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
0.33 cup natural peanut butter
1 clove garlic
1/2 cucumber
1 c. bean sprouts

Recipe Directions for Pasta Salad w/Peanut Butter Dressing

  1. Boil pasta, add cabbage & carrots halfway through, drain.

  2. Mix together peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce & garlic for dressing.

  3. Mix dressing with pasta mixture.

  4. Add cucumber & bean sprouts.

  5. Chill.
