Recipe Ingredients for pasta salad with feta, garlic, and black olives

1 1/2 lb cherry tomatoes
1 small red onion
1 clove garlic
8 oz fat free feta cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp mint
14 oz. whole wheat penne
1 cup black olives

Recipe Directions for pasta salad with feta, garlic, and black olives

  1. Place tomatoes, onion, garlic, feta, oil, basil, and mint in a large salad bowl. Toss well and season with SP. Let rest 30 min.

  2. Cook pasta.

  3. Add pasta to bowl with tomato and cheese. Add olives and toss well. Garnish with basil and serve.
