Pasta Salad:1 24oz (1lb 8oz) Grade A Fancy Mixed Vegetables + 4c various small pastas (Rotelle, elbow, mini shell, tubular) Makes 14 1c servings, dressing not included.

8 serving Vegetables
1 cup Rotelle
3 oz dry Pasta
3 oz Mini Rainbow Pasta Shells
0.66 cup dry Shell Macaroni

Recipe Directions for Pasta Salad (add dressing separate)

Boil quart of water, having added salt to raise boiling point and some cooking oil to keep noodles separate while rinsing. Add 1c rotelle, 1c elbow, 1c mini shell, 1c tubular when water boils; leave to simmer 10 min. uncovered. Drain. Add 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables, stir thoroughly in colander.
