Recipe Ingredients for pasta w/ roasted cherry tomatoes and garlic

4 cup Organic Cherry Tomatoes
12 cloves, raw Garlic
2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
13.507 oz Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti
0.25 cup Parsley
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for pasta w/ roasted cherry tomatoes and garlic

slice cherry tomatoes in half. Put tomatoes, garlic cloves (also halved), oil, and all seasonings (except the parsley) into a 9x13 metal baking pan. Roast at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to box instructions. Toss pasta with tomato mixture. Add in the parsley and parmesan. Serve piping hot!
