Recipe Ingredients for Pasta With Ricotta, Grape Tomatoes, and Broccoli

12 oz whole wheat pasta
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
280 g broccoli
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp oregano leaves

Recipe Directions for Pasta With Ricotta, Grape Tomatoes, and Broccoli

  1. Prepare whole-wheat pasta noodles per package directions. While cooking, steam the broccoli and slice the grape tomatoes into halves and set both aside.

  2. After draining the pasta, immediately stir in the ricotta so it melts over the pasta.

  3. Stir in the broccoli. tomatoes, basil, and oregano.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste and red pepper flakes for zip!
