original recipe did not have bacon... added it for a little meat and it's very good.

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta w/Ricotta, Edamame & Bacon

15 oz Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
16 oz Fusilli
2 cup Soybeans In Pods
4 slices Food You Feel Good About Uncured Bacon

Recipe Directions for Pasta w/Ricotta, Edamame & Bacon

stir together parmesan and ricotta in a large bowl. cook pasta until al dente, add edamame for last minute of cooking time. drain pasta reserving 1 cup of cooking water. add pasta and edamame to bowl w/ 1/2 cup cooking water and chopped bacon. stir until creamy. add more water if not creamy enough.
