Recipe Ingredients for Pasta w red clam sauce, entire recipe

1 lb pasta
11 oz minced clams
2 T olive oil
1/2 small onion
1/4 c white wine
1 T tomato paste
1 tomato
1 T butter
1/2 t red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Pasta w red clam sauce, entire recipe

  1. Sauté onion in oil, while water is heating.

  2. Add clams w juice, red pepper, white wine. Simmer for a bit. Add tomato and paste.

  3. Boil pasta, drain and toss w butter. Add to sauce.
