Garlic parmesan sauce with bowtie pasta

Recipe Ingredients for pasta

20 cloves garlic
2 tbs olive oil
4 tbs butter
2 cups skim milk
2 tbs wheat flour
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbs parsley
2 chicken breast, choped
336 g bow tie pasta( 1 box )
2 cups broccoli, steamed

Recipe Directions for pasta

  1. start water to boil for pasta

  2. cut chicken into 1/2 in cubes, and cook untill meat is no longer pink and juice runs clear

  3. while the chicken is cooking place garlic cloves in olive oil roast for about 3 minutes untill brown on all side

  4. mash cooked garlic in saucepan and place butter in pan to melt. combine until smooth.

  5. Stir in flour and cook to mak roux

  6. slowly add milk, stirring constantly

  7. cook until slightly thickened

  8. stir in cheese and parsley

  9. mix chicken in with done pasta

  10. pour sauce over pasta, mix well

  11. serve
