Spicy, Fresh Pasta that's easy to make and pretty good for you!

Recipe Ingredients for THE Pasta

7 ounces pasta, cooked
2 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
4 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 ounce basil, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup White Wine
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for THE Pasta

  1. Cook pasta to al dente

  2. in a sauce pan, add olive oil, garlic and onion and simmer until onion is translucent

  3. add salt, red pepper flakes, and tomatoes and let simmer

  4. when the tomato juice has mostly evaporated, add basil and white wine - enough wine to submerge all veggies

  5. let the alcohol from the wine evaporate and mix in pasta

  6. add cheese to garnish
