An Italian favorite! Very easy and very quick to make.

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Puttanesca

1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/3 cup parsley, minced
16 ounces plum tomatoes
1/3 cup tomato juice (from can)
4 anchovies, minced
4 black olives, brine packed
2 teaspoons capers
16 ounces pasta

Recipe Directions for Pasta Puttanesca

  1. In a skillet add oil and cook garlic and pepper flakes 20 seconds. Add rest of ingredients and cook two minutes.

  2. Cook pasta (bow ties) separately and combine.
