Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Puttanesca

400 g fettuccine
3 cloves garlic
12 kalamata olives
4 tsp capers
12 anchovy fillets
3 tbsp olive oil
28 oz can diced tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Pasta Puttanesca

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Add minced garlic, chili flakes and anchovies and cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes. Add chopped olives, capers, and tomatoes. Bring to a boil and let some of the liquid cook off, stirring occasionally.

  3. Add cooked pasta to sauce, toss and serve.
