Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Primavera with Shrimp

9 oz Shrimps
0.75 cup, chopped Broccoli, Cooked
0.75 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.75 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup (8 fl oz) Soup, Chicken Broth Or Bouillon
0.5 serving 1% Low Fat Milk
8 oz Spaghetti, Dry, Enriched
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 clove Garlic
0.06 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3 tsp Parsley, Dried
3 tsp, ground Basil, Dried

Recipe Directions for Pasta Primavera with Shrimp

  1. 1. Cook pasta

  2. 2. heat oil in large pan over med-high heat. Cook garlic until soft, 1 min. Add veggies and cook until soft, 5-7 min.

  3. 3. In separate sauce pan bring broth and milk to a boil and season with salt and pepper. Dissolve 1 Tbsp flour in 3 Tbsp water and add to sauce. Reduce to simmer until thickened slightly.

  4. 4. Drain pasta and mix veggies, pasta and sauce.
