Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Primavera

8 ounces of dry spaghetti
2 zucchinis, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
1/2 onion
8 ounces of asparagus
1 red pepper, sliced
1 cup green peas
2 teaspoons of olive oil
8 ounces of cherry tomatos
1/2 cup of parmesean cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Pasta Primavera

  1. Roast all the vegetables in olive oil at 400 degrees.

  2. Boil the pasta - adding the peas at the last 30 seconds.

  3. Toss with tomatos and cheese with one cup of the pasta water.
