Whole wheat pasta with vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Primavera

13 1/4 oz whole wheat penne pasta
2 cups broccoli
3 carrots
3/4 cup peas
2 cups baby bella mushrooms
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbs parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Pasta Primavera

  1. Saute vegetables in olive oil, add salt and pepper.

  2. Cook pasta until al dente.

  3. Add pasta to vegetables, season with crushed red pepper, oregano, garlic powder, parmesan cheese.
