Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Primavera

6 cup Spaghetti
1 large Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
14 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Canola Oil
1 oz Parmesan 100% Grated

Recipe Directions for Pasta Primavera

Heat a pan on medium with both oils. Add the vegetables and saute. Add the canned tomatoes and red pepper flakes to taste, plus salt and pepper. Add the cooked pasta and stir with tongs to coat. Add in cheese and stir. Serve warm with some steak!
