Delicious and Easy pasta primavera recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Primavera

3 large carrots, thinly sliced
6 asparagus spears, quartered
1 cup,+sliced summer squash
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. italian seasoning
1 pound Classic Pasta Farfalle
15 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pasta Primavera

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. On a baking sheet, toss vegetables (excluding tomatoes) with 1/4 cup olive oil, salt, pepper and italian seasoning. Bake until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package instructions.

  4. Toss pasta with vegetables mixture, tomatoes and remaining olive oil. Top with parmesan cheese and serve immediately
