A Low Fat, Low Sodium Pasta Primavera

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Primavera

2 serving Gourmet Texas Pasta Wild Musroom Linguini
16 oz Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free
2 cup Heart Smart Traditional Italian Sauce
1.5 cup Stewed - Italian Recipe
4 serving Premium Selection Italian Seasoning
4 serving Cooking Spray 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
16 oz Great Value California Style Vegetable Mix

Recipe Directions for Pasta Primavera

  1. Spray a medium wok with olive spray. Add the ground Turkey and stir until all pink is gone and you have crumbles. Add the Stewed tomato with the juice. Cook until all liquid is evaporated and just SLIGHTLY burned to give it a smoky flavor. Add the pasta sauce and and heat through. Add the Veggies and heat through again

  2. While the sauce is being prepared, heat the water and cook the pasta for 7 minutes. I used the szchuan Spicy instead of the Mushroom. When the noodles are done, drain them and add them to the mixture.

  3. Enjoy
