Penne pasta with a spring vegetable sauce that has a hint of ground beef

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Primavera

1/5 lb ground beef
1/4 lb cilantro
1/4 large onion
1/4 tsp pepper
1 large tomato
2 cups of milk
1/2 lb of pasta
1/2 tbsp butter
1/4 lb cheddar cheese
2 tsp of olive oil
1/8 lb mushrooms
1/4 lb carrots

Recipe Directions for Pasta Primavera

  1. brown your ground beef, cilantro and onion together in olive oil

  2. boil your penne pasta separately with a pinch of salt

  3. drain and put to the side

  4. add in your onion pepper, large tomato, mushrooms and carrots to the ground beef mix

  5. cook on very high heat until carrots are a bit brown and ground beef is brown

  6. add milk

  7. then butter

  8. add cheese

  9. stir vigorously

  10. then add drained pasta

  11. cook for another additional ten minutes

  12. ready to serve!
