Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Primavera

4 oz rotini
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons oregano, ground
1 cup chopped tomato
1 cup chopped green pepper
3 teaspoons parmesan, greated
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped asparagus
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for Pasta Primavera

In a large frying pan heat olive oil on medium low heat. Add garlic, black pepper and oregano. Stir until all spices are coated in oil. Add the onion and let sweat until onions start to turn translucent. Start to boil water for pasta. Add asparagus, tomatos and green pepper to the frying pan. Cook for a few minutes intil they start to soften. Add the mushrooms and balsamic vinegar, stir and turn to low heat while the pasta boils. Drain pasta, place even amounts in 2 bowls and top with even amounts of vegetables. Sprinkle each bowl with parmesan cheese and enjoy.
