Soooo healthy yet all the great tastes of the high fat version with out the high calories. Serve this with a nice salad and it's a very filling meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Primavera

3 cups cauliflower (steamed)
3 cups broccoli (steamed)
2 cups mushrooms
2 medium zucchini ( 1 yellow)
1 cup red pepper
2 cups vegetable broth
3 tbsp corn starch
1 1/2 cup olives
1 onion
3 tbsp garlic
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp basil
13 oz whole wheat pasta

Recipe Directions for Pasta Primavera

  1. saute onions and pepper in a non-stick pan

  2. add mushrooms and cook a few minutes

  3. Add remaining veggies and heat.

  4. Mix vegetable broth with spices and cornstarch and bring to a simmer.

  5. Toss with pasta and serve.
