Recipe Ingredients for pasta primavera

1 pound pasta
4 ounces chicken breast
4 ounces cauliflower
3 ounces mushrooms
4 ounces zucchini
1 tbs smart balance 67%
4 tbs grated cheese
1 cup skim milk
1 cup fat free half and half
1 tbs corn starch
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for pasta primavera

  1. make pasta

  2. fry all ingedients in the olive oil except pasta and sauce ingredients.

  3. In a sauce pan add cream and skim milk biring to a boil and add cornstarch, boil till thickened stirring constantly. drain pasta and toss with sauce and fried stuff.
