Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Primavera w/Ital Sausage

348 g italian sausage, cooked
333 g green pepper
312 g cauliflower
241 g mushroom
322 g carrot
242 g celery
399 g broccoli
192 g onion
477 g zucchini
163 g asparagus
489 g tomato
3 cups chicken broth
75 g flour
3 cloves garlic
1080 g pasta

Recipe Directions for Pasta Primavera w/Ital Sausage

  1. Cook sausage according to package instructions, allow to cool and chop in bite size pieces

  2. Chop all veggies (except onions & garlic)

  3. Coursely dice onions, finely mince the garlic

  4. Holding out onions, garlic mushrooms & tomatoes, sautee or stir fry all other veggies to tender-crisp

  5. In a small bowl whisk flour and 1 cup chicken stock together until smooth.

  6. In a sauce pan, mix onions, mushrooms and 2.5 cups of chicken stock to a boil.

  7. Remove from chicken stock and veggies from heat, add garlic, stir in flour mixture. Return to heat and constantly stir until thickened.

  8. Mix all other veggies with sauce, pour over pasta, top with sausage.
