Recipe Ingredients for Pasta primavera w/ Ham

6 oz dry Quinoa Pasta Rotelle
6 ounces Cubed Ham
15 oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
3 oz Ripe Olives
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup, sliced Onions
1.5 cup, sliced Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.75 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Pasta primavera w/ Ham

  1. Cook pasta according to directions.

  2. Add oil to a saute pan, add onion & peppers. Cook until tender. Add ham, black olives, and diced tomatoes. Cook until heated through. Add parmesan.
