Pasta with alot of veggies and some lean protien. You can just about any vegetable to this dish like zucchini and sweet red peppers.

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Primavera with Chicken cutlet

8 oz Ziti Dry
3 cup, chopped Broccoli
8 oz Peeled Mini Carrots
3 clove Garlic
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
2 1tsp Olive Oil
18 oz Chicken
5 tsp Parmesan 100% Grated

Recipe Directions for Pasta Primavera with Chicken cutlet

  1. Boil pasta as directed.

  2. Add 1 tsp olive oil to pan and sautee garlic onion and carrot.

  3. Boil broccoli for 2 min then drain and cut up and add to the sautee pan.

  4. Cook for 10 min and salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Then add pasta to the mixture.

  6. Add 1 tsp olive to separate pan heat oil then add the chicken to the pan season with salt and pepper. With a brush apply the Italian dressing to the chicken and cook until done.
