Barilla Plus pasta with vegetable mix, tossed with garlic and olive oil

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Primavera with Barilla Plus

1 1/2 large zucchini
1/2 red bell pepper
5 c cooked broccoli
12 baby carrots
5 oz white mushrooms
7 1/2 oz Plus Spaghetti Dry
1 yellow onion
25 cloves garlic
0.33 c extra virgin olive oil
3/4 tomato
1/2 c edamame

Recipe Directions for Pasta Primavera with Barilla Plus

  1. Boil the chopped broccoli and carrots

  2. Brown the smashed garlic

  3. Add and caramelize the onion

  4. Add chopped zucchini and diced red pepper

  5. Cook the pasta

  6. Add mushrooms, sliced

  7. Add the cooked broccoli and carrots

  8. Add some red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste

  9. Add fresh diced tomato

  10. Toss the pasta, top with Romano
