Sort of high calorie pasta dish with bright yellow and red tomoatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Ponzo

1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/3 c Capers
4 cups Cherry tomatoes
1/2 c Bread Crumbs
1 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 lb Penne Pasta

Recipe Directions for Pasta Ponzo

Cut tomatoes in half or if substituting with larger tomatoes into 1 inch pieces. Bake first 4 ingredients in a baking dish @ 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Boil 1 lb pasta and drain. Combine all ingreditens an 1 1/4 c parmesan. Enjoy
