Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Pomodori with Zucchini

120 g pasta
400 g canned tomatos
200 g zucchini
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons parmesan

Recipe Directions for Pasta Pomodori with Zucchini

  1. Heat vegetable oil

  2. Add garlic cloves

  3. Puree the canned tomatos

  4. Add tomatoes to oil and allow to thicken

  5. Cut zuchini in small pieces and boil for five minutes

  6. Add zuchini to sauce

  7. Boil pasta for 10 minutes while sauce thickens

  8. Serve, sprinkelling parmesan on plates
