Recipe Ingredients for Pasta with peppers and onions

8 ounces dry pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 teaspoons garlic
1 onion
1 1/2 cups peppers
14 1/2 ounces tomatoes
2 tablespoons basil
2 teaspoons oregano

Recipe Directions for Pasta with peppers and onions

  1. Sautee garlic in olive oil

  2. Add in onion and peppers (red and yellow)

  3. Sautee for 5 minutes

  4. Add tomatoes, basil, and oregano

  5. Simmer, covered for 8 minutes

  6. Simmer uncovered for another 2 minutes

  7. Season with salt and pepper
