This a a great quick recipe with or without the prosciutto.

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta and peas

8 oz pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 garlic clove
4 oz prosciutto
1/4 cup grated parmesan

Recipe Directions for Pasta and peas

  1. Bring large pot of water to boiling. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay prosciutto slices on cookie sheet. Bake until crispy, about 10-15 minutes

  3. Crush garlic clove. Sautee in olive oil. Add frozen peas.

  4. Drain pasta. Add pasta to garlic and peas. Stir well. Crumble prosciutto. Mix in. Top with parmesan and enjoy!
