200 grams Aubergine
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
100 grams Tomatoes
2 piece Tomatoes, Sun-dried, Packed In Oil, Drained

  1. chop all vegetables

  2. dry fry mushrooms and aubergines

  3. season with nutmeg, oregano and chili

  4. add the 3 types of tomatoes

  5. add the drained pasta and serve
