0.75 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
2 clove Garlic
3 serving VIGO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
1 cup Peeled Plum Shaped Tomatoes
2 tsp Sea Salt
5 oz dry Whole Wheat Penne
2 tsp Parsley, Dried

boil lentils in water add rest of the ingredients and cook on low heat until pasta is ready.
