Easy, delicious pasta dish. Low on cals and good when paired with a simple summer salad. I recommend an arugula & pear salad with lemon & nut oil dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta with Lemon & EVOO

1 lb. penne pasta
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup kalamata olives, sliced
1/4 cup basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
