Organic Pasta and spagetti bol sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta & Home Made Sauce

1/2 bunch Broccoli, Raw
2 med Carrots, Raw
1 med Onion, Raw
20 g sliced Ginger, Root, Raw
2 cloves Garlic, Raw
1 Pepper, Chili, Hot, Red, Raw
1 Pepper, Sweet, Red, Raw
1 Pepper, Sweet, Green, Raw
200 g Beef, Ground, Extra Lean, Broiled, Well Done
100 g Tomato Paste, Del Monte*
560 g Organic pasta
40 g Cheese, Parmesan, Grated

Recipe Directions for Pasta & Home Made Sauce

  1. Chop up all ingredients. Pre-grill the pine nuts til brown to give them extra flavour.

  2. Fry onion and pork in one teaspoon of peanut oil.

  3. Add remainder of vegetables, soy sauce and 1/2 cup of water.

  4. Once lightly cooked, remove and enjoy!
