Spaggetti with Broccoli and Beans

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta with greens and Beans

2 cups white kidney beans
8 cloves garlic
2 cups vegetable broth
8 cups broccoli

Recipe Directions for Pasta with greens and Beans

  1. Lightly spray large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Add garlic cook over medium heat stirring constantly, untill softened. about 5 minutes

  3. Add broccoli and beans; cook 2-3 minuts

  4. Add Broth; bring to a boil

  5. Reduce heat: simmer 3 minutes.

  6. Add cooked pasta; cook, stirring ocasionally, 2 minutes longer.

  7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
