1 lb. spaghetti
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/4 c. dried tomatoes, sliced
1/2 c. cheese, goat
1 tsp basil
1 c. spinach, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. low-fat milk

Recipe Directions for pasta with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes and spinach

  1. cook pasta according to directions

  2. sautee onion in olive oil.

  3. add remaining ingredients except spinach. cook until cheese is melted.

  4. add spinach, and pasta.

  5. enjoy!
