Recipe Ingredients for Pasta with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella

1 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 oz Rotini
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Pasta with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella

Cook pasta as directed, Slice cherry tomatoe's in half add a pinch of salt and let sit, Chop fresh basil and garlic. Cut fresh mozzarella in cubes. Drain pasta, Mix tomatoes raw garlic fresh basil ,mozzarella and fresh ground pepper.
