Use for stuffed or shaped pasta. Maybe add pinch salt?

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta - fresh

7 ounces flour
3 1/2 ounces semolina flour
3 eggs
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon water

Recipe Directions for Pasta - fresh

  1. mix flours together and place on wood cutting board

  2. put eggs and oil and a bit of water into well

  3. mix well and slowly incorporate all flour

  4. knead for 3 minutes or so

  5. rest at least 30 minutes in fridge.

  6. roll to desired thickness and shape

  7. cook in boiling salted water 2-3 minutes fresh, 4-5 minutes frozen
