Recipe Directions for Pasta, fish, veggie delight

Boil whole wheat pasta and veggies until they are soft enough for you. Place veg oil in pan and heat slightly. Then put in canned salmon heat, after pasta and vegs are done put them in with fish. Heat and add seasoning salt. Done!
