Recipe Ingredients for Pasta - Fettuccine with turkey bolognese

18 oz fettuccine (2 pkg)
1 tblsp oil, grapeseed
1 tblsp garlic, chopped
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 lb turkey, ground
14 oz pasta sauce
1/4 c table cream
1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated, low fat

Recipe Directions for Pasta - Fettuccine with turkey bolognese

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. In large skillet heat oil med high, stir in garlic, basil, oreano, salt & pepper, cook 1 min. Crumble turkey into skillet; cook stirring occasionally, until turkey is browned cooked through, 8 - 10 min. Stir in pasta sauce, cream and Parmesan; cook until heated through, 3-4 min. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan if desired
