Recipe Ingredients for Pasta with Easy Summer Sauce

2 cups cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
2 tbsp minced fresh basil
1/2 cup minced red onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 pound pasta
2 cups cut green beans
1/2 cup feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Pasta with Easy Summer Sauce

  1. Bring large pot of water to boil

  2. Meanwhile, combine the tomatoes, basil, parsely, onion, garlic, olives, oil, salt, pepper and vinegar in a large bowl.

  3. Stir in pasta to boiling water, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. When the water returns to a boil, add the green beans adn cook for 8-10 minutes, until the pasta is al dente and the beans are tender. Drain well.

  4. Add pasta and green beans to the bowl with the seasoned tomatoes, and toss everything together.

  5. Serve hot or at room temperature.
