Recipe Ingredients for Pasta e Fagioli Soup

16 oz Ground Beef
1 cup, chopped Carrots
0.6 medium raw Onion Red
2.5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
4 cup Beef Broth
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
1.5 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
1.5 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
2.5 serving Great Northerns
0.5 oz Oregano
3 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1 dash Pepper, Black
3 cup Ragu Smooth Pasta Sauce Traditional
70 grams Fusilli

Recipe Directions for Pasta e Fagioli Soup

  1. Brown and drain meat.

  2. chop veggies.

  3. drain and rinse beans.

  4. add all ingredients (including diced tomato juices) to a 6.5 qt crock pot.

  5. cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 8 hours.

  6. then add pasta and cook an additional hour, or until pasta is soft.
