Recipe Ingredients for Pasta E Fagioli Soup

2 lbs. ground beef
12 oz. onion (chopped)
14 oz. carrots (chopped)
14 oz. celery (chopped)
58 oz. stewed tomatoes (diced)
2 cups Red Kidney Beans
2 cups white beans
96 oz. beef broth
3 tsp. oregano
2 1/2 tsp pepper
1 dash of cayenne pepper
5 tsp. parsley (chopped)
1 1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
67 oz Prego Spaghetti Sauce
16 oz. dry pasta

Recipe Directions for Pasta E Fagioli Soup

Saute beef in large 10 quart pot until beef is browned. Add onions, carrots, celery. Saute until onions are clear. Add tomatoes and simmer about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse beans. Add to pot. Add beef broth, oregano, pepper, cayenne, tabasco, spaghetti sauce, parsley, and pasta. Simmer until carrots and celery are tender - about 30 minutes.
