Recipe Ingredients for Pasta dough

400 g flour
4 eggs
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Pasta dough

  1. Mix flour and salt in a large, shallow bowl or on a countertop. Shape into mound with a well in the middle, like a volcano.

  2. Crack eggs into the well in the center of the flour. Using a fork, beat the eggs. Then gradually work the flour into the dough.

  3. Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes. You want a dough that is very smooth and elastic.

  4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and allow the dough to rest at least 15 minutes before using.
