Recipe Ingredients for pasta a la cipri and paula

1 medium Onions
150 grams Zucchini
500 grams Fusilli
4 clove Garlic
5 tsp Sour Cream
0.5 cup Organic Naturally White Flour
1 serving Pork, Cured, Ham, Boneless
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Recipe Directions for pasta a la cipri and paula

Fry the onions along with the garlic and zucchini. add the pork ham and continue frying until zucchini is soft. add sour cream and if you do not like that it;s so runny you can also add the four. if you like the consistency do not add flour. boil for about 10-15 minutes. add salt as you wish. after boiling the fusilli drain them and add the egg but stir quickly so it sticks uniformly on your pasta. add the sauce on top of the pasta and serve. bon apetit
