Recipe Ingredients for Pasta with Cilantro-peanut pesto

2 oz Cilantro
1 clove Garlic
0.75 tsp Ginger Root
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1 fl oz Lime Juice
1.764 oz Roasted Peanuts
2.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
48 oz Whole Grain Spaghetti
1 tbsp Brown Sugar

Recipe Directions for Pasta with Cilantro-peanut pesto

  1. In a food processor, combine cilantro,garlic,ginger,vegetable and sesame oils, lime zest(1/2 ts),lime juice(2 tB), brown sugar, and 1/4 cup peanuts.

  2. Pulse until coarse paste forms. Season with soy sause and pulse to combine

  3. In a large bowl,toss pesto with pasta. Roughly chop remaing peanuts and sprinkle with cilantro
