Recipe Ingredients for Pasta with Chick'n & Bacon

6 oz Smart Strips Chick'n
5 oz Smart Bacon
8 oz whole wheat rigatoni (or penne)
1 cup broccoli (flowerets only)
1 medium red bell pepper
1 small onion
2 clove garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Pasta with Chick'n & Bacon

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. In a large skillet, sauté broccoli, onion and red pepper in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute longer (do not over cook).

  2. Brown Smart Bacon in another skillet until crispy and break into bite-sized pieces. Add Smart Strips Chick'n and Smart Bacon to the sauté mixture, cooking just long enough to heat through.

  3. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese.
