Grilled chicken and amogio sauce pasta dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta, Chicken and Pine Nuts

14 1/2 oz. whole wheat pasta
8 oz. grilled chicken
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot or dried onion flakes
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dry basil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Pasta, Chicken and Pine Nuts

  1. Boil pasta until tender, drain.

  2. Combine all ingrediants and toss.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
