Chicken and vegetable pasta casarole

Recipe Ingredients for Pasta Casarole

3 cup whole wheat spaghetti
1 can tomato soup
1 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup red pepper, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 cup chicken breast, chopped

Recipe Directions for Pasta Casarole

  1. Boil spaghetti

  2. Mix tomato soup and milk to make sauce

  3. Fry chicken in olive oil

  4. Once chicken is cooked all the way through, fry peppers and tomato in the same dish

  5. Mix pasta, chicken, peppers, tomato, cheese and sauce in an oven safe dish

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes on 350 degrees F
